Canada only for now. We are working on opening up to more countries.
How long it takes
Orders typically arrive within 1 to 3 weeks. You will get tracking by email once your parcel is on its way.
What it costs
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum to reach. Because we ship within Canada only, there are no duties or customs charges to pay.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to send something back, unused and in its original packaging. Email us first and we will walk you through it.
If you changed your mind, you cover return shipping. If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered, we cover it and refund you in full.
Something arrived damaged
Take a photo before unpacking any further and contact us within 7 days. We will sort out a replacement or a refund.
